Essence of life in this dramatically changing world

I have taken on change as on last article but the main question what is the essence of life in this current scenario.We all are looking for acceptance and love even from strangers when our own family may not understand the needs. The problem arises when we want to mark our own identity and the extent of what we want to achieve leads to obsession. What we don't accept that we will all die and still we hold grudge , hatred , jealousy in our hearts. Is it that we have ever changing priorities  where we are forever running in a race to gain the materialistic titles and continuously passify that once i get them ill be happy. We hardly introspect and ponder on the feelings that make us happy . I had thought of writing things ........ we cant run away from above stated fact and even me who has been stating it but i do agree the basic essence of life is lost unless we revive it in every small moment in life. We must find innocence on kids crossing the streets love in the eyes of people working in your house...... acceptance while striking a conversation with a stranger ....... to love feel freely to be able to break the boundaries but be accepted back by people who care for you even when you have lost touch and moved ahead where they have taken a separate path ....... to be able to see love and care in the eyes of your frds and people whom you care ........... then one can fly high to touch the sky limits.......


PUSH YOUR BOUNDARIES DO WHAT YOU HAVE NEVER DONE AND KEEP EXPLORING LIFE IS TOO SHORT TOO LOOSE DONT FRET JUST LOVE .............................................

I had quit Social Media a year ago especially Instagram and as any other millennial hooked to Social Media the minute I woke up I wanted to get hold my Phone and checking immediately the feeds. More than the feeds it was just adding to the ever growing anxiety and also stealing away the beautiful moments which you spend online. I took a very drastic step some 7-8 Months Back to quit Instagram. It was not sudden but a gradual deaddiction mechanism I followed.
