A tryst with Minimalism : Owning stuff which serves the purpose

I had been fascinated with this since a long time and wanted to explore how I personally feel about it. Lets first start with what do you mean by minimalism. "It means to own lesser amount of goods that would support my purpose of living and to get rid of excess clutter which you would not use" Clutter removal I feel is synonymous with the having a peace of mind and it has been my way also for achieving spiritual awareness. You would ask how? Well lets take a small example you have a small desk which is cluttered with all the unnecessary items which you think you would need however you haven't even used since last couple of months. Now when you remove it or basically get rid of it. There is less of anxiety and you feel motivated to do your stuff.
